Working Parents-to-be
Your guide to parental leave and return...what to expect and how to make it work for you

This new guide is aimed at helping those becoming working parents navigate parental leave, every step of the way – from before they head off to while they're away and on their return.
It is essentially the content of sessions I run, pre, during and post leave, to help new or soon-to-be parents feel more confident and equipped to deal with the challenges and to answer questions like how do I have conversation around changing my working pattern, or how do I create a return to work plan?

It also incorporates content from line manager sessions, to help them feel more confident and better able to support their teams, instead of worrying about doing or saying the wrong thing.

If you're looking for ways to better support your team, it's a great way to get a taster of what the 121 or group sessions might look like or as a first step to offering something in a very budget friendly way.
