Develop a recommendation on how to effect change which:

Reflects the opportunities across talent attraction, retention and progression

Aligns with the level of internal resource available, budget and time frames

Oversee delivery of the plan including any or all of:

Getting a programme off the ground (sourcing suppliers, developing content)

Development of a comms plan

Development of supporting platforms and documentation (such as an intranet site, line manager guidance or recruitment materials)

Development of a governance model (i.e. how you will run long term)

How much focus we give to each area will depend on the individual needs of your business and your key objective.
